The Star TSP600II is the replacement for the Star TSP600 thermal receipt printer. The Star TSP600II has a modern look and the dimensions are comparable to the Star TSP600 and both printers use the same thermal receipt paper. The Star TSP600II uses thermal receipt paper in 220 foot length rolls and 273 foot length rolls, we sell these in the case of 50 rolls. The Star TSP600II has a faster print speed of 48 lines per second compared to 32 lines per second with the Star TSP600. The TSP600II is available with tear-bar or auto-cut and utilizes a more durable auto-cut mechanism than the Star TSP600 which is a welcome improvement. The Star Micronics TSP600II 2-color capable thermal receipt printer is a feature rich, high speed, low cost thermal receipt printer best suited for general retail point of sale, credit card and hospitality applications. The Star TSP600II thermal receipt printer virtually connects to any system with available RS232 serial, parallel, USB and 10 Base-T Ethernet interface ports. The Star TSP600II thermal receipt printer features low cost and high performance combined with the ability to work effectively in any environment. Out of the box, the Star TSP600II can easily be configured in Star Line or ESC/POS™ emulation mode. The Star TSP600II thermal receipt printer ships with Installation CD (Printer Driver / Manuals), setup guide, wall mount bracket, vertical mount pads, 58mm paper guide, power switch cover and start-up paper roll. With its “drop in and print” paper loading, small footprint and reliable guillotine cutter, the Star TSP600II thermal receipt printer is a beneficial addition to POS systems.
